Darkwing
seems it is already on 1.05. Do you have 3 or 4 pin fans? If 3 pin, then you need to ask for an RMA and ask for new PWM fans.
Andrea1989
is in fact from what I read is now with 1.5 we do not use the update ... the fans are 3-pin ... however, I have to send all the h100i in rma? then how do I use the computer? I only have this cooling
Darkwing
no, you don't have to send anything back. They will be replaced free of charge and you can keep the old fans. ;):
Andrea1989
excellent .... how am I supposed to send me the new fans? I write from Italy thanks
Darkwing
on the left, bottom line, is the "RMA request" link. Fill it in, mention you have the H100i and need new PWM fans. They will come back to you with RMA number and you'll provide them with your address.

Darkwing
just fill in the top one only, the drop down menu. "product type" and then click "next step". the fields below this is only if you already have requested an RMA earlier.
peanutz94
Just select your product from the drop down menu on the top left then click next. Eventually you should come to a part where you can explain that you need the new fans for your cooler.
