Dear Sirs,



i have send my defective RAM Memory form Germany to your office in Almere, Holland and you received it at 15.03 and since then i didn't got any information about replacement. I have send you 3 Emails to a different addresses, but also without any success. Can you please check this issue and inform me about the progress ?

Is it possible to call Corsair european Call-center to get some information about my RAM memory ?

Because till now all attempts to reach corsair service were

without result, email requests are ignored, so i am very disappointed about corsair service at the moment !!!
