Write-cache settings with an Accelerator?

System:

Single harddisk as target drive with an Accelerator as cache drive on Windows 7.

Settings:

What caching settings are suggested for my target drive?

Removal policy:

1. Quick removal

2. Better performance (default)

.

Write-caching policy:

3. Enable write caching on the device

4. Turn off Windows write-cache buffer flushing on the device

.

Testresults:

The settings of 3 and 4 don’t seem to matter much.

Going for 2 seems better compared with 1.

.

Any thoughts regarding performance / stability in case of power-off?
