Brand new and Broken Vengeance 2000

Hey all, just a few questions. I Bought a pair of Corsair vengeance 2000 headset this weekend (saturday march 31) and they are broken. They never were able to charge, and after reading many posts about broken USB inputs on the headset, i discovered that mine was loose and wiggly, and doesnt light up or anything when you plug them in to charge.


1. Should i return these to the store and get a new pair?

2. Or how long does it take for corsair to warranty them?


pretty disappointed either way

It would be quicker to return them to the store if you're within 30 days but if they can't exchange it for whatever reason, we can do the RMA for you. The turnaround time largely depends on shipping but our processing time only takes about 2-3 business days.
