VLDBI
The Asus site claims that CMZ32GX3M4X1866C9 is compatible with this board, Newegg also claims that CMZ32GX3M4X1866C10 is compatible. What is the difference between the 'C9' and 'C10' designation? Since the 'C9' seems to be no longer available is the difference enough to cause incompatibility? VLDBI
In an earlier post I had asked the difference between two types of memory. I found that I was asking the difference between Asus recommended CMD16GX3M2A1866C9 (Dominator) vs. Newegg suggested CMZ32GX3M4X1866C10 (Vengeance) I cut and pasted the wrong numbers. So what I'm asking is if the Vengeance is compatible as well, since the real difference between the two is about $200 USD.

peanutz94
What is the difference between the 'C9' and 'C10' designation? The difference will be that the C9 part will be slightly faster at the same frequency than the C10 kit. Nothing you would notice in real world performance without running a benchmark and comparing the numbers.
