Dead GS 800 (CMPSU-800g) Help Please.

I've had this power supply now for just over 2 years, definitely less than it's rated MTBF of 100,000 hours. I had a game running, left the room for a few minutes and when I went back the computer was off, and I could not get it running. Tried the PS on a different computer and nothing, then I tried the paper clip as well, still nothing. I don't even know If I would still be covered by the warranty. Not to mention, my mailing address is a PO box. Plus I'm going to be moving shortly, just don't know when. Basically it will be as soon as we can get into a place. Just a screwy situation right now. But any help would be appreciated. Especially info about the warranty, and if I still qualify on it, along with shipping info, like how long it takes and such, a long with a possible way to give a new delivery address, if that needs to be done. And thank you in advance.

Would like some sort of response or does Corsair not stand behind their products? Hell this thing was rated to last over 11 years nonstop.

I will say this, if I get no help whatsoever, I will start writing bad reviews every place I can, and will try to convince as many people as I can NOT to buy Corsair. I thought this was supposed to be a good company that stands behind their products and makes quality products. All I see right now is crap, and I'm stuck with a non-working pc thanks to YOUR product.

Nobody ever reply's to questions here, and if they do it will be just saying just to RMA it, my gs-700 is having problems and they didn't help me on it they just said return it or RMA it which isnt really much help because i want to know what the problem is

Bots hit the forums all the time. So actual views may not be "human" views.

All you can do is have it RMA'd Just use the link on the left to get started. Normal RMA's take between 7-10 business days but you can cut that down to a few days by asking for an advanced replacement

You will be responsible for shipping the dead PSU to them and they will pay to ship new unit back to you.

The only option is to RMA them since opening the case would void any warranty. Even if you did know what the problem is/was there isn't anything you would be able to do on your own.
