crw1962 Posted March 30, 2013 Share Posted March 30, 2013 Hi RAMGUY.....I have received an email telling me to rma my h100 but it sounds like they want me to send in the faulty unit before they send the replacement. From reading some of the posts I see that it is possible to get the replacement first if I supply credit card info. Can I do this and how? Call customer service - Toll Free: 888.222.4346 T: 510.657.8747 and tell them you want an advanced RMA. You will need to supply the RMA # you received via email.
