K60 RMA issue

Hey, I recently requested an RMA for a K60 that had the fading key issue (and others) - bought 7 months ago, but I was waiting for a sticky-key fix before I started the RMA process. I understood that Corsair would cover shipping both ways for keyboards with this issue, but I wasn't offered pre-paid shipping.


RAMGUY, if you see this, can you help me out? I tried using the forum email feature to get through to you, but I'm guessing it didn't reach you.
