geogeogeo Posted March 28, 2013 Share Posted March 28, 2013 Hello, my laptop is sony vaio VPCEB1Z1E. i have bought a corsair ram kit the corsair CM3X8GSDKIT1066 to upgrade my ram from 4gb to 8gb. Before ordering it i have made sure that all specifications are the same with the ram i already have with the difference of the gb. Still ram is not working and after a lot of search i have found in the forum that i have the exact same problem with that guy http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=112754 . i have contact the corsair support but still no answer after 4 days. So i created this post in order to contact RAM GUY and help me to this problem. I would like to know how i can replace my ram with the suitable ones. My case number for RAM GUY is 5782792.... Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted March 28, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted March 28, 2013 This system is not listed in our memory configurator so we would not have memory that is compatible with that system. However, you can click on support from our main web site and request an RMA and we can change it for another set that will be made with lower density memory IC's.
