Dead Drive RMA#5769568 Hello?

What is the deal with tech support here? This cannot be real or the norm. I am requesting a simple RMA for my drive that is clearly dead. I have 3 GT120 drives and one died. I have tried different ports and different machines and the drive is simply not recognized any longer. Tech support is a voice mail crying out loud. Look at the conversation below.. I responded in less than two minutes and now its been two days! Get real with this.... What do you have one guy working tech support for all of Corsair?



Technical Support Sorry to hear about the issue you’re having. Have you tried different SATA ports with a different SATA cable? If possible, have you also tried it on a different machine? 3/24/2013 8:34:08 PM
