beseitfia
Hi everyone, i ve just installed a h100i in my system and no issues with leds or others things...the firmware is 1.05 and seems to work fine with the latest corsair links..the only problem i have is the grinding noise made by fans..i know it i is not the pump because if i try to shut down the fans i can t hear nothing from the pump itself..even with just one fan in action it s quite good but with both in function it s a little bit loud and such annoying bzzzzz or a strange grinding sound..i ve not tried to link the fans with the pump and so i dont use the corsaur link software to set the fan speed , i ve linked them to aerocool touch fan controller and setted to lowest rpm for both wiche there are 1400/1500 any suggestions? Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted March 28, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted March 28, 2013 Are you using the 3pin fan or the PWM fans?
beseitfia
I used 3 pin stock fans and were loud with the grinding noise...i ve just purchased 2 sp120 quiet edition and now it s fine! No more noise at all

Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted April 2, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted April 2, 2013 Sorry to hear that. Try flashing it again to 1.05 and see if the red LED would come back on.
beseitfia
Sorry to hear that. Try flashing it again to 1.05 and see if the red LED would come back on. I ve just tried that and it does not seems to work... I ve checked in a thread in this forum that a guy tried to reflash 1.04 from 1.05 and said that he solved his led issue: ..Can i try that? May i risk to brick my h100i doing that?
