xplode-bg Posted March 27, 2013 Share Posted March 27, 2013 It's been 2 weeeks since my RMA is issued, but i don't have any info on when i will get my fans. Latest e-mail i got is: Dear Valued Customer, Your RMA request was received on 3/13/2013 11:40:18 AM. We will review this request as soon as possible, and respond to you with an RMA number or further suggestions/requests. Thank You! I understand that nearest Corsair RMA department is in Netherlands. Usually shipment from there to Bulgaria takes no more than a week. So now i think there is something wrong. I did not recieved any update and the info on the RMA status page is unchanged for 2 weeks now. Any help in this matter will be appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help. But the thing that makes me nervous is that i do not have any info and other users repeat similar things like: "You'll get your fans, dont worry." but noone give any estimates. For example if Corsair representive answer here that i will get them in 30 business days i'll be OK because i will know when. But when no info is provided its not good experience...
