yeha Posted March 27, 2013 Share Posted March 27, 2013 Hello, I bought the above mentioned power supplies last Dec (NICX Canada) for my brand new PC and I had noticed this couple months there was noise coming from my computer. I could not found the source of the issue until I stumbled on this Youtube video: This thread is of the same issue I had: http://forum.corsair.com/forums/showthread.php?t=109876 Should I RMA it? If i do what would be the process? This is my only computer, if I need to send the PSU back to Corsair first then I would be like couple of weeks without computer. Thanks. Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted March 29, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted March 29, 2013 I would have that unit replaced. Use the link on the left and start the RMA process. We do have an advance replacement process to avoid down time. Once you have applied for an RMA and got an approval, I'd suggest that you call our customer service request for an advance replacement, so then can set it up over the phone.
