VulgarDisplay88
I received a replacement H80i from a supplier on the 8th of March and it has damage on the side of the radiator. It has a cluster of small dents and it has been bent in crushing a whole row of fins. I have rang the supplier but they want proof that I have only just installed it (was on holiday in Ireland) and pictures. I was wondering if anyone else had experienced this type of damage? It looks as if some sort of tool has struck it repeatedly because the dents are all the same size and there is also a deep scratch. I have seen this sort of damage before but it was on a case that was put together using an air powered screwdriver.

Guess you can send the pics to them and ask them how you could possibly cause that much damage by just installing it? Clearly been damaged with something with a bit of weight. Packaging doesn't appear to be damaged. I have sent the supplier these pictures but they won't do anything until I can prove I was on holiday but I can't. I got the ferry over to Ireland but I have misplaced my ticket so I have no proof :(:
Sup3rFly
That seems like a bit of a joke, I have the same sort issue supplier wont replace unit until I have a email from Corsair support saying they will replace the fault. Do you have any transactions on your bank account that you show you were in Ireland?

Thanks.
peanutz94
That would be the last product I ever bought there! There is no need for them to put you through that. @superfly That seems like a bit of a joke, I have the same sort issue supplier wont replace unit until I have a email from Corsair support saying they will replace the fault. If they are a true licenced Corsair retailer they wouldn't need an email. Corsair would have reimbursed them when they sent the RMA in themselves. So if they are concerned about getting a replacement, that seems pretty shady to me.

Yeah not ordering from them any more. They used to be really good but recently they've started slacking.
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted May 6, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted May 6, 2013 That'd be lovely. The re seller closed the RMA and are not replying to my emails. Can you ask CS to set up an Express RMA please? Thanks. Go ahead and submit the RMA request (link on the left) and let me know the ticket # so I can give customer service a heads up that you want to arrange an Express RMA, but you still need to call them to complete the Express RMA.
