Hi

The above case number refers to a K90 that has been replaced, but on 3/4/2013 @ 1:54:54 PM in that case I asked a question regarding shipping assistance for my V2000 headset which has also broken after I sent the keyboard off unfortunately. Tech support said they would contact customer services for me, but despite asking twice I have heard nothing.

On Tuesday 19th March I sent in a question to customer services regarding the same via the web based form but have heard nothing for a third time, and a week has now gone by.

I would be grateful if someone could contact me regarding the V2000 postage issue, its getting expensive at sending things back from the UK at £25 each time they go wrong. I appreciate its only the first lot of postage I have to pay but its still mounting up and does not seem right as the headphones are less than 3 months old. I'm just hoping my SP2500 I recently purchased stays reliable as costs to RMA that would be huge.

Many thanks in advance.

Dave

It looks like they were passing it along to customer service in regards to you requesting an update about the keyboard, not regarding the headset. You'd have to create an RMA request for the headset. In that ticket ask about shipping.

I am now at the standard print a label off, arrange courier at my own expense and send back to Corsair stage of the RMA now. My original question about shipping assistance (asked for in the RMA as suggested by Technobeard) has still not been answered, so could one of you please advise me as to how I can get an answer or maybe assist in this matter?

Thank you

  • 2 weeks later...

Just an update and to say thank you. I had an email the other day with a Corsair authorized UPS pickup that had been arranged and the Headphones are now back with Corsair in the Netherlands at nil cost to me. The funny thing was that I had not got round to calling Customer Services yet due to other circumstances so the mail turning up out of the blue was a surprise but a welcome one, so I guess someone did read the message or my original web request.

Anyway, thank you for your assistance its appreciated.
