Hey guys i am new to the forums and i had a question for you.I am looking to upgrade my GPU to either a Msi GTX 680 lightning A Msi 7970 Lightning or even a Titan.Problem is i only have a Corsair CX600 PSU.Will this run those cards?I would rather not have to get a new psu.Any advice would be appreciated..

Thank you for your time.

Post your full system spec including other components

and cpu-z spec

These card under normal load would not consume more than 500 watts

2 6 pin means 150x2 + cpu 100 and rest all less than 80=300+100+80 sums to 480 when 80 percentage wall outlet gives out 550 watts at full load. NO CF OR SLI with this psu

You should be gud to go but no oc cpu with this psu

i believe the 78 series wont take more than 250 watts max full load and even i5 wont take more then 130 .

So you pc should run fine at full load as the series is for build and though not for gaming. But still overclocking the cpu is highly not recomended as it required demanding currents at almost all time which this series may not be full compactible.

This one is good to run 24x7 not a problem as almost all psu dont have any restriction on running time but the temps is more important say at 40 deg works fine and gives optimum power output.
