RMA No. 5710911

I sent my parts two weeks ago today, yet my RMA status is still telling me that the parts have not been received. Is it possible to get some confirmation that this is the case? I have seen others posting on here that their status hasn't updated yet either, so I'm wondering if this might apply to me. Thanks.

I am sorry but your RMA does not show it was received in the system do you have Proof of delivery? If so I would suggest calling our customer service by phone and ask them to check on this for you.
