jwl24
Could someone possibly tell me what the exact differences will be between these two keyboards? I can't exactly tell. (Such as the backlights, the switches, models, colors, macro keys, etc.) Can't really find much info and want to purchase one of the two, depending on which one is better off. Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted March 25, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted March 25, 2013 They're basically the same. The only thing you pay for in the K95 for the extra cost is the inclusion of programmable macro keys. If you don't use macro keys, the K70 saves you some space by omitting them. Corsair Jason
K95 has the 18 dedicated macro keys + in 3 banks for a total of 54. You can also store 3 different custom light profiles to the onboard memory. K70 stores 1 light profile in memory. K95 comes in back with white LEDs. Both K70 and K95 feature a full length wrist rest. The FPS wrist rest is supported by both keyboards and will be available for purchase on the corsair webstore. Both keyboards feature individually programmable LED's and 4 levels of brightness. You can also choose to put the keyboard in "reactive" typing mode which means if you press a key it will light up and when you release the LED turns off.
