I then asked if it was possible to arrange an advanced RMA, and the reply was yes call a number in the States. As Ilive in the UK this would have cost a lot, having pointed this out the reply came back that they would call me on Monday if I provided a number to contact me on. Having done as asked I sat back and waited for my call on 3/18/2013 and to date I am still waiting, maybe I got my Mondays mixed up but I would have assumed it would have been the 18th as my reply with my number was in plenty of time. At the very least I would expected an appology and maybe an explanation why they have not contacted me via the ticket system since arranging to call me nearly 2 weeks ago. I mean who knows what could have happened maybe they tried. One thing I have learned in life is nothing is 100%. I have sent them a message for you but that is about all we can do on the forum. Please Use SPYPE and call the Toll free number listed under contact and choose the option for customer service and I am sure they will take care of you.
