Technicolor Posted March 23, 2013 Share Posted March 23, 2013 Hi everyone, Today I purchased my brand new M95 and I attempted to update the firmware before installing the actual software for it. Unfortunately, the update for it failed. It got to block 2/54 and suddenly failed. Now, none of the mouse's leds work except for the top and bottom led on the side. And sometimes, the mouse fails to work at all when plugged in. I believe it might have happened because I did the update on a usb 3.0 port but unfortunately...my laptop doesn't have any usb 2.0 ports so that was my only option. What can I do now? Do I have to return the mouse to the retailer and request a replacement? Please help :confused: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
