Case #5688462 ax760i

I set up an RMA for my ax760i (Case #5688462). I gave the person I talked to a credit card number so they could ship me the replacement right away (I use the computer for work so I can't afford to be without it for long). I was told I would receive an email and haven't heard anything yet. I just wanted to make sure everything was taken care of and the PSU was shipped out.

 

Also, I was given another case number on the phone (1289311). I'm not sure if this is the new RMA # or what (I had originally set up the RMA online and then called later to see if I could get the replacement sent to me right away). When I send back the original ax760i which RMA # should I use?
