RMA Case: #5750319

Recommended Posts

Hi again,

I'm a little confused now. I received an RMA request. So you guys want me to send in the whole case to replace that part now?

I guess I'll just keep the case and pay for the part and take this as a lesson learned. Since shipping that case out to you guys will cost me nearly $80 from Canada. When I could just pop in the new part as originally suggested.

Add that $80 for the shipping, the $30 for the replacement part (I could nearly buy a completely new one). Then add the $30 for the custom side fan filter I bought (the side fan/door on the 500r is lacking this for some reason), and the initial price of the case $139... Then I could have bought something in a completely different price bracket ($280) and not had so many problems.

Do not send anything to us. Please re-read the message. It states to ignore the message saying to return your product and that you will not be required to return anyting.

If a coupon code doesn't work we ask customers to fill out the RMA form and not send anything in. This is so that our spare parts department has your address. Once you email them as requested in the notes, they'd just process the part replacement manually.

Normally I'd say fill out the RMA so we can follow that process, however since you've already placed an order, that wouldn't solve much. I've forwarded this thread and the case info to customer service so that they can resolve it.

Thank you for your reply,

And I look forward to a resolution.

You order has been canceled per my instructions and the parts you requested have been sent to you with No charge.

DO NOT send anything.

You get the parts you requested in a few days if you have not got them already.
