xbit
Hello Corsair, i recently installed a new 2TB backup drive on my system. Before this install CorsairLink 2 was running just fine (other than my red led stopped working a few weeks ago but that's another subject). After I installed the 2TB HDD i noticed my HDD activity light blinking every second or so. Using the MS Process Explorer tool i noticed it was the SierraService accessing the HDD. Once I figured out SierraService belongs to Corsair I loaded up CorsairLink 2 and noticed that my new 2TB hdd was blinking RED, so I'm guessing this is why Link is thrashing the HDD. I uninstalled Link and re-installed, now all HDD's are RED. One SSD, two raptors in Raid-0 and my new backup drive. If I kill the SierraService service the HDD activity stops, same if I uninstall Link. Any ideas on how to get Link to reconize my HDD's and/or the Temps? xbit
hey! that did the tick, thank you for the info! quick question, the new link software only sees my two WD raptors. Not the Toshiba 2tb or my SSD. but the Devices tab under Options does see all my drives. Any way to add them to my system profile tab?
