M60 Scroll Glitch

So after using my M60 mouse for just over 3 months, the scroll has gotten really stiff and wont click. It does scroll but it doesn't click.

Now I've noticed that corsair released the new M95 mouse with fixed side buttons. I actually purchased an M95 first and replaced it with this mouse because the side buttons were too stiff (I paid to ship to NCIX).

My question is this: Can I return this mouse to Corsair and get a M95 for a replacement. Is it possible? I don't like the shape of the M60, it's too wide and flat. The M90 had a perfect shape and all th side buttons I need for BF3, Arma3 and warcraft 3.

We unfortunately can only replace for the same product under warranty.

That's not fair man. I want the M95. Why should I get a M60 for a replacement, when I want the M95. That would be a total waste. I can pay the price difference if that's the case. The only reason I returned the M90 I got is because I hated the side buttons on it, but now that they've fixed it, I'd rather get the M95.

We can only replace for the same product because its what you purchased and what you'll mailing in for warranty replacement. We don't have an upgrade option either. If you wish to exchange it for a different mouse, please contact your retailer to do so.

The logic is: I'll be getting a new mouse anyways, so why not to get the corsair mouse that I want.

I remember when I called Logitch's technical support for the first time and told 'em that I didn't like their G9X mouse, which btw has a very similar shape to the M60. The customer support representative gave me the option to either refund or replace the mouse with any other Logitech mouse. Now that's a company that respects its customers.

Anyhow, thanks for your time.
