I checked the RMA status today:


RMA Issued On: 3/8/2013

Defective Parts Received on: Defective Parts Not Yet Received

* NOTE: it may take up to 24 hours for this date to be updated after arrival at Corsair


I also got an email saying: "Please disregard the message that advises you to return your product. You will not be required to return anything. Thank you."


And I did send an email to Harold an email but havent received any updates yes. Just like to know the status.

Jan, the system is often really slow to updte. It would be best if you could call them and they would be able to give you an update on the spot.


You can call the toll free number found at the bottom of the main website page a under company>contact. If you are overseas or out of the US you can instal and use SKYPE to make the call for nothing.
