Problem(s) with Tech Support Express

Not sure if this is the right place to ask this, but it does say "Post here if you're having problems with Tech Support Express." in the description.

 

On Saturday of last week I filled out the Tech Support Express form in hopes that I would get assistance by Monday. It is now Thursday evening and I have not had so much as an email confirmation that my ticket was received. I have checked my email folders and spam filter and so far not so much as a peep.

 

Should I keep trying to use the Support Express system or should I call instead? If so, which of all the numbers will get me direct assistance? As always; thank you again for your time and continued support.
