RMA Case #5566773

Hi to all ! More than 6 weeks ago, a RMA (Case #5566773) has been issued for my Corsair SP2200 speakers and the item has been returned to Corsair BV, Almere, The Netherlands. The item arrived at the beginning of February (see attached document) but the repaired/replaced item has not been returned to me yet (see attached document). Who should I contact ? Could you help, please. Thanks !

I am sorry about that I have sent our customer service a message for you and asked them to look into this ASAP.

Other wise I would suggest calling our customer service by phone for more information.

Hi to all ! Can anyone give me the email address of the Customer Service ? In a reply, I was told to contact them by phone but, since i am not a native English speaker, I would prefer to contact them by email... Thanks !
