kmanus
So as a paying beta tester, I thought I should share this peculiar behavior that my Titan graphics card displays when, and only when, Corsair link is running. My graphics card pegs up to max voltage and clocks, and stays there until I close Link, as demonstrated in the video below: http://www.kevinmanus.com/linkvideo/linkvideo.mp4 All firmware is up to date (Commander, H100i, cooling and lighting nodes, 760i) and I'm using (or was using) the latest version of Link. I'm going to refrain from writing how I'm feeling about the Beta test... ahem... product right now, as it wouldn't be very professional.
Synthohol
FWIW you cannot use 2 monitoring programs at the same time. this may be the issue.
kmanus
I've used multiple monitoring programs simultaneously in the past (and very often) and I've never encountered any problems, with the exception being Link of course... I also doubt that using multiple monitoring programs would effect a graphics card in this manner...
Synthohol
using multiple monitoring programs can and will skew the sensor readings. I would not suggest running multiple health monitoring applications at the same time. This is mentioned in the read me file of most of these applications. kmanus
Well, that isn't what's causing this, as I ran the same test this morning without Precision X open (or any other monitoring programs.) When I open Corsair Link, I can see the GPU temperature jump 10-15 degrees, the very exact same behavior as when PrecisionX is open. I made sure toi put about 3-4 minutes of downtime between each time I launched and closed Link.
