lrg763
Anybody else frustrated enough to just package up the hardware, delete the software and wait until Corsair comes up with a proper package? I mean flash this firmware...did you plug this into that...conflicting software from the motherboard...voltage spikes...LED's not responding...reset to default!!!...the amount of time just reading all the responses from unsatisfied customers and the correspondence from a team of dedicated supporters on this forum is enough to put me off this product for ever. I don't have CPU cooler with an "i" or a PSU with an "i" in it's name and I'm frustrated for all of you that are experiencing problems with the dashboard and monitoring errors. I had enough with unresponsive fan profiles that I wasn't about to expand my hardware into the so called smart hardware market. Yes, I'm running Windows 8, and I really like it. I've managed to update my drivers for the rest of my hardware, Motherboard, GPU, and I've not experienced any problems with their software suites. Oh, my Corsair keyboard and mouse work fine, headset too. I'll keep monitoring the Corsair Link threads until such time that the positive feedback out weights the negative feedback before I will consider reinstalling the hardware back into my computer. Timmall
You've probably seen that many of us have reached the point that you have. I, for one, came to the same conclusion as you but, I continue to hold out hope that the issues we experience will be resolved. I'm waiting for my replacement Link to arrive next week although I still remain hesitant whether I will install it immediately after reading about the latest software release and the issues that it appears to have. Trying to keep up with all of the suggestions to fix the issues is extremely frustrating and confusing. I can only hope that all of the suggestions will be consolidated into a single step by step post when the problems are resolved. Corsair is a great company with excellent customer service support and I trust things will get better. This post won't help you correct the deficiencies and is only intended to let you know that you are not alone. Hang in there.
mikejt4
I have to agree - bad purchase. Been waiting a year for them to get the software under control ... hopeless. Latest version doesn't crash so frequently, but now none of my case fans work!!! Incredible it's this bad. And now my H100 is starting to make grinding noises ...
