Liquinator
Hello erverybody, I have just bought me the M60 mouse. To run it I have to install the drivers, but always when I try to a message comes up. It says "Cannot find the Corsair M60 mouse, plug the M60 into a USB port". But I have plugged it already into a USB 2.0 port and the mouse´s lights are glowing, too. Please help me solving this problem. Thanks Liquinator

Liquinator
First of all thank you for you fast reply. I have followed every step, but I cannot update the firmware. Always when I hit the button "Update Firmware" a message comes up saying it could not get the flash memory information.
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted March 20, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted March 20, 2013 Do you have a second system to try the mouse on?

Toasted
Check Device Manager, are the drivers for the mouse installed correctly? Latest chipset drivers?
Liquinator
To be honest I don´t think so. It says that the drive version is 1.0.0.0 and does not have a location
Toasted
The drivers seem like they are installed properly. Have you tried running it as admin?
Liquinator
I am not sure what you mean with runnig as admin. Running the Update as an admin will only cause the message "get flash memory information failed" What is this flash memory?
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted March 22, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted March 22, 2013 There are a few reasons why you would get that message: 1.) Mouse is not detected properly 2.) Mouse has defective and has bricked from a failed firmware update 3.) Incomplete firmware application install If you've tried the mouse in different systems and none of them allow you to update the firmware properly, submit a RMA and we can get it exchanged for you.
