New Build Corsair H80i Question

I'm working on a new build (my first ever) and have the H80i cooler. I've posted my part specs below as everything is purchased already although I'm considering returning the i5 processor and getting an Intel i7 3770k instead. I have a couple questions though. My case is the Corsair 600T White Special Edition and my power supply is the Corsair AX860.

1. Is the H80i cooler adequate for the i7 3770K with no overclocking?

2. If overclocked?

3. I had planned on mounting the radiator in the rear in place if the current 120mm fan. I know the front 200mm fan is an intake fan and the top 200mm fan is exhaust (correct?). The rear 120mm fan is originally exhaust but replacing it with the H80i makes it input correct? I'm assuming its pulling air into the case from outside? Or is it pulling interior air out and exhausting? I'm not sure and was wondering if there is any change in airflow with the H80i in the rear and anything I should look out for?

4. I've been reading about the Intel Core i7-3930K Hexa-Core Processor 3.2 Ghz 12 MB Cache LGA 2011 - BX80619I73930K processor. Going even further if I return processor and motherboard and upgrade to this is the H80i adequate or out of its league for this faster processor?

After years of ordering computers from Dell and the minimal upgrades their systems accommodate this DIY is a big jump for me and I want to do it right.

Thank you for your help.

Erik
