SP or AF for intake when using dust filters?

I have been doing some research and have heard that fans with higher static pressure are the best when using dust filters.

Since the SP series fans have more static pressure than the AF series fans, should I opt to use the SP's over the AF's as intake in my Obsidian 550D? I am using dust filters on the intake.

i think when using a dust filter you need higher static fans in order to make up for the filter restriction.

Okay that sounds reasonable. Would it matter if I have the fans on the outside or inside of the dust filter

outside meaning pushing air through the dust filter

inside meaning pulling air through the dust filter

i have the same case as well, should i just use all sp120's on my case? was going with the h100i, use that as exhaust as well as the top back fan as exhaust. then intake on the two fronts, as well as two 120's on the side for intake?
