purplepotatoe
Hello. My m90 was working fine for a week after purchasing, and has basically became an ordinary mouse with a fancy cloth cord. Only the top and bottom blue led for the profiles are on. All other lights on the mouse are off as well. Anything I do in the program itself doesn't do anything as well. Is there anything I can do here? I have tried updating the firmware and the driver several times with nothing changing.
Toasted
Were the FW reflashing working successfully? If not, Try this http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=104856 Is the M90 plugged into a USB 2.0 port?

As for that link, I just followed step by step. Only I couldn't follow it exactly as certain things didn't line up with what I saw. I did however manage to install the driver with the way it mentioned and tried to run the firmware update but received an error "Get flash memory information failed". Which is actually new to this problem as I wasn't receiving any errors when previously trying to redo it. I am using 2.0, could actually be 3.0 as I know this laptop does have one and I just cant recall which one it is. Just some more info. Lenovo Y500 ideapad/Windows 8 fully updated/Clean according to windows defender.
Glycerin50
i have the same laptop, and my mouse isnt working on it as well. i use the mouse normally on my PC, but whenever i switch to mouse to my laptop, i just doesnt work. Some leds work, i can move the cursor, but i cant click. The Y500 has 2 USB 3.0 on the left and 1 normal on the right i think. The one on the right isnt great for plugging a mouse, as im right handed and the usb wire would just be in the way

Toasted
A USB 3.0 port can be recognized by the blue port. A USB 2.0 port is black. If you have tried reflashing the mouse on multiple systems and it still failed, contact your seller and ask if they can replace it for you.
