actually, it wasn't covered in my ticket. which is why i asked. everything i've read about my ticket is telling me to return the product. even the status of my rma is listed as awaiting product return.

I just tested it, and you're right, the message wasn't in the ticket, but it was in the email (both show up in the same area on our end). The RMA Advised email informs you to disregard the message that advises you to return your product and that you will not be required to return everything. Did you email Harold as requested in the ticket? If not, please let me know and I'll send you alternate instructions.

i just reread all 3 emails i was sent about the RMA and i checked the rma status link they sent in the RMA # Assigned email and i see nothing telling me i need to email harold. or anyone else for that matter.

Odd, I can see the message was sent and even recreated the ticket to myself and got that info. I've sent you new instructions. Please follow the instructions you'll be good to go!
