Very happy with Corsair Support

Well, after reading about fan replacements for people who didn't get the 4-pin PWM fans with their H80i-H100i's, I got the 3-pin fans and if they're going to replace them for free, why not?

I submitted my request on Mar 5/13, got a confirmation on the 12th that they had been shipped, (also confirmed by RAMGUY) and got my notice that UPS had tried to deliver yesterday, the 14th. Picked them up today at the UPS store, installed and flashed to 1.05 bios and I'm pleased as punch. The level of support with Corsair has been nothing short of excellent for me.

I would just like to say a big THANK YOU to the fine folks at Corsair, and can't forget RAMGUY!


And yes, the firmware update went smooth. The new LINK software installed, working great and fans are nice a quiet.

I'm very happy for you, but i'm not so lucky. I open rma 2/7/13, CS send me new fans on 27/2/13, but in the box there was only 1 fan. And i'm waiting for other fan yet..... :(


But you have informed CS and are being sent another one?

Nice road, to stick in too and say thanks for the great Support Corsair do.

Thats better than any commercial stuff we can read or see.
