Binoy
I just bought a GS600 2013 edition PSU. The fan spins at full speed when I power the system on but then stops. Then i heard that it only spins when the temperature and load rises. So played some games about 2 hrs and the fan started to spin. But it stopped after spinning for about 30 seconds. I touched the body of the psu and it is not cool. Is this normal? I have an old system. It is not power hungry. :) I have a Core 2 Duo processor and AMD HD 7770 GPU. I have 2 Hard disk drives and 2 DVD drives.
dnoishere
...does it make any noises after it stops? Like a vibrating sound? Like wanting to restart but being held back?

All PSU will be hot especially when the system is under heavy load for a period of time.
