Douglas Menezes Posted March 15, 2013 Share Posted March 15, 2013 Good morning, Recently I opened an RMA an SSD F80 that simply no longer works on any computer (case in the title) and as instructed by you guys via email (firstname.lastname@example.org), I sent the defective product to the address you guys in California. The tracking code Brazilian mail indicates that you received the 11th of this month (code ra309332034br that u can view in http://www.correios.com.br) , but I have not received any notification regarding the receipt or resolution of the case.
