If you are out of the US or across seas you can instal and use SKYPE to call the toll free number for nothing. You can find the number on the main website page at the bottom or top under Company>contact. Please keep in mind they have been swamped by requests for the fans so it may take just a little while longer than a normal RMA would take i some cases Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
