sporb Posted March 13, 2013 Share Posted March 13, 2013 My Corsair Vengence 2000 wireless headset's band cracked after less than a month of light use and no abuse. I received my RMA and have to ship them out of country at a cost of $42 + tax. This is almost half the cost of the headset. Do you have a Corsair office in Canada I can ship to? If you're within 30 days of purchase, I would recommend exchanging it from where you purchased it from. If they can't help you, you can contact our customer service for assistance.
