hideandgeek Posted March 12, 2013 Share Posted March 12, 2013 I sent in my psu on 2/19 and according to my tracking information it was delivered 2/25. It was delivered via UPS and the tracking number is: 1z222e790375717748 However, when I check my RMA status it still says defective parts not yet received. I talked to a customer service rep and they said they would be escalating the issue, but that was 6 days ago and still no news. Any chance I could get some help?
