I build a lot of computers, and DOA parts is a natural part of my IT career and personal life. More than often I feel that I'm not very important to HW&SW producers as a customer, and even though I can document that over the years I've have spent thousands on their products, they wont believe me when describing the issue. You guys, on the other hand, showed world class customer care last week. My power-button on my 800D jammed, and after a quick look on the forums, it was recommended to make an RMA. I did just that. 2 days later I got the reply; a replacement part cost free - shipping included. Corsair, you just won a customer for life. I'll recommend you to anyone.
