jd02 Posted March 12, 2013 Share Posted March 12, 2013 This is my first time doing an RMA of any sort and I am a bit confused on where to go. I was told by CS to request an RMA for spare parts (mounting screws and other screws that didn't come with the 300R case). That was approved, however I was told not to return my case. A shipping label and was generated and my RMA status (Case #5714984) says that it is waiting for my "defective parts". At first, I was told to ignore the return process, but I just wanted to make sure with user RAMGUY that everything is okay. Should I just wait for the spare parts for my case to ship?
