Problem With The Web Store?

I ordered this item from the web store "Dominator® with DHX Pro Connector — 1.65V 16GB Dual Channel DDR3 Memory Kit (CMP16GX3M2A1600C11)" and I got a notice that the order had been charged and processed and there was a UPS tracking number given.

 

According to the tracking number the package should have been delivered today but it hasn't arrived and when I contacted UPS to find out where it was they told me "I have checked and according to our records so far we have received the billing information for your package since 03/08/13. However up until now I'm afraid that we are not showing any scan confirming that the package has been given into our possession in order to have it delivered by the scheduled date. We would actually recommend to contact your shipper in order to confirm the shipping of your package with us.

 

So my order was never given to UPS to ship so how do I find out what's going on and when I'm going to have this?

I understand your frustration, but I almost can say it is a normal situation, all is OK, and I explain for what : In fact, Corsair give you the tracking BUT it is a very anticipated tracking number, the tracking is effectuve like 2 3 or even 4 days after ... I do not like this kind of order processing, but truth is here, I say that because I have ordered fex times @ Corsair and always same thing, so be patient, normaly you 'll have your goodsto play with ;)

The problem is that I've got an HP workstation sitting here in my office that needs this memory before I deliver it to the customer. They are an Autocad user and the system only came with 4GB of ram and I need to replace that with the memory I ordered and they are anxious to get this system in and working.

 

Corsair promised me delivery by 03/11 and so I promised my customer delivery today or tomorrow and not only is that not going to happen but I can't give a firm delivery date to them because I have no idea where the memory is.

 

I need to find out the status of this asap!

I am sorry but it is likely that we did not have stock in the local Hub and the parts ere processed from our factory in Taiwan. Once the package is received at the country where it is to be delivered it will be handed off to UPS for delivery. I would suggest calling our customer service for more information. The number is listed under contact on the main site.
