Dear all,


I was having the same issue with most other people regarding the fans on the H100i. I opened an RMA and received a case number. It has been a few days since I have heard anthing, February 23rd and was wondering if Ram Guy could have a look into the issue.


If I look at the status of the RMA, it seems that they are waiting for me to send the defective parts i.e. fans back, however, I thought in the case of the H100i Corsair were waving this requirement. If I have to return the fans, then it effectively means I am without my computer for the length of time it takes them to replace the fans.
