need info over case #5697100

I am sorry but the parts have not been received int he system is all I can tell you. If you have POD I would suggest calling our customer service by phone and provide that information to them and see if there is anything they can do.

The number is listed under contact on the main site and you can call the toll free number using SKYPE for free.

hi, i have a tracktrace code of my package, is that enough ? there is no signature, but on site i can see my package is deliverd.
