TRIaXOR
First my Vengeance 2000 Headset cracks, of which It was RMAed and replaced, then the power button on my Graphite 600T stops working (which I managed to fix) now to top it all off, the fans on my H80 have stopped working due to the fan controller/LEDs part having died on me, now I have to connect the fans to the PSU via adapters, and to make matters worse, its making a slight grinding noise.. In all honesty, I'm starting to go off Corsair products due to the problems I'm having with them :( anyhoo, RMA Applied for number #5721958 *sigh* If anyone is interested, the PSU its connected to is a 'Coolermaster Silent Pro Gold 800W' just in case you need to collate a list of possible PSUs... wytnyt
the olde saying is ''when it rains,it pours'' and i agree it seems you've had your share of failures, but at least you dont have to go thru hoops trying to get it replaced like with many companies ,,,as corsair stands up with their products. TRIaXOR
the olde saying is ''when it rains,it pours''
I beg to differ, http://idioms.thefreedictionary.com/It+never+rains+but+it+pours ;): and i agree it seems you've had your share of failures, but at least you dont have to go thru hoops trying to get it replaced like with many companies ,,,as corsair stands up with their products.
Thats not the problem though, its having them fail and then having to PAY to send them back, can be quite costly, especially if you have as many corsair products as I do (Multiple machines)

TRIaXOR
@Ram Guy or Technobeard Got the RMA authorised, do I send in the pump/rad and fans or just the pump/rad? (Thinking on weight of package) Cheers :)
Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted March 12, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted March 12, 2013 Sorry about that but our Customer service will require you to send both fans with the pump/rad. Brackets and screws are not needed for the RMA.
