manifw
Hi I received my Corsair Vengeance Series C70 on Friday. Today I tried to setup my case and I inserted the USB 3.0 to my Motherboard. Then I had to remove it due to wiring and the Blue section of the cable stayed inside of my motherboard and the rest came off (Now it is broken). I was wondering what would be process to fix it (Buy a new unit? Repair?) Thanks in advance. -- Mani
Toasted
What motherboard do you have? Are there any gaps you could use to take the plastic bit off? Also request an RMA to replace the Front I/O panel.
manifw
Hi Thanks for reply. I did manage to get the blue section out of my motherboard. It damaged the plastic a bit. manifw
Hi I filed RMA last Sunday. I talked to rep. on Monday. He told me to fill out the rest of the RMA form and notify him as soon as I'm finished via email so he can send the replacement part. I emailed him on Monday. On Tuesday I emailed him for a follow up and check the status of my RMA (nothing changed online either). I never got reponse from rep. So I was wondering can any Corsair guy in this forum let me know the status of my RMA? Thanks Mani
jlhawn
same thing I went through with a RMA and I received my parts in a few days, so most likely your parts are either being packaged for shipping or are on the way. you must understand Corsair is a busy company and just because they did not reply too your e-mail does not mean they forgot about you or forgot about sending you your items.
