Hey,

 

I was trying to figure out the status on my RMA for my H60 Liquid Cooler that I sent out on the 27th of February. It's March 9th now, and I haven't heard anything back from you guys as far as if you guys accepted it or not. If you could let me know the status and anything else I could possibly ask about, I'd appreciate it immensely. Thanks!

I am sorry but it has not been received in the system, if you have POD I would suggest calling our customer service by phone and provide that information so they can search for the package for you.

By USPS Tracking it says it's been out for delivery for five days now. Here is the tracking #: 9505510583323058599889

 

I don't know why It's done that. I had to pay 15$ shipping to just send it there. Kinda sucks..... I've been 2+ weeks now without my H60 and it really sucks.

I contacted your customer service to get the shipping label and the RMA approved. I haven't talked with the Customer service since. I guess I'll get in contact with them to see what goes. I sent it out on the 27th. I mean shoot, you can check the tracking number to see if I sent it out.

Hey, I was wanting to know exactly what the status of my RMA is at right now. I was called by USPS and they figured out the problem and sent it to you guys and got it delivered. I would like to know what the status is and when I should expect it. Thanks!
