Polsom
So i have recently purchased a new computer and to go in this i have got a Corsair GS-700 PSU. I didnt notice this when i first put the computer together but after a while the PSU started to make a strange noise like a sort of clicking noise, i have read many of other posts of people having similar issues so i was wondering has the issue been fixed yet? I want to know if i can have a replacement sent out first so i don't have no computer to use in the meantime , i have had this PSU for just over a month or so, i hope someone can help me out, Thanks. You can but you will need to contact CS by phone to have this arranged. Just use the online RMA request form at the left side and then once you get an RMA number call them and have it changed to an advanced RMA. Corsair Employees RAM GUY Posted March 14, 2013 Corsair Employees Share Posted March 14, 2013 With the GS series, Yes, that clicking or chirping noise has been addressed and corrected in production. Later batches should not have that issue anymore.
