vdanasto
I issued an RMA for my faulty AX850 and was asked to send the unit back to Corsair, and the post office charged me 36€ for shipping costs. Shouldn't Corsair cover these expenses? My local retailer refused to take the unit back to RMA it and asked me to do it directly. I paid 220€ a year ago to buy one of your best PSUs, offering a 7 year warranty, and I am really disappointed that it broke down so soon and costs so much to get it replaced. vdanasto
I received the replacement unit today, my AX850 was replaced with an AX860. The problem is that the new PSU is constantly making a high pitch noise which is very annoying and does not go away. You can hear it even when the computer sleeps, it only stops when you turn the computer off. What's the procedure now? Do I have to send the unit back again and pay another 36€;

vdanasto
The first case number (for the AX850) was RMA #5704498. I opened another case yesterday (for the new AX860), Case [5758639]. I have not received an RMA confirmation for this, though.
